Cancellation of service

I am finding it very difficult (impossible) to eliminate my charge card # from my profile as I do not want to subscribe again to Canopy. Does anyone know how to get this accomplished?

I’m sorry to hear that you do not want to renew. In all honesty, to accomplish your goal, you will need to contact your success person and let them know. To avoid any challenges, I would reach out as early as possible.
