Adding a client messaging feature would be invaluable. It would be a secure way to communicate as well as reduce the amount of emails. If you added this feature it would become a REAL one stop shop.

    If/when they add this feature, that would really set Canopy apart from most others. Also, agreed, it would just be much easier to have this type of communication since a lot of clients may not check their emails as much as they would a text/IM type of notification. Their emails may have a mess of useless things that make them miss our comms.

    the ability to send questions to us while they are actively engaged and a quick way for us to share thoughts or two would be great.
