Email Functionality

I love love love that we have email. However it would be nice to be able to onboard a client straight from the email. I have a new client that I told my email but when I went to set him up because he sent me his tax docs I couldn't even get the email off his email. I had to go into my Gmail account to get it. It would be great to do the same with appointments. Alot of them our made through email. It would be great just to click on the clients name & have an option to create an appointment.
