Client FAQs/Knowledge Base In Client Portal

I'd like the client to be able to login to our customer portal or app and be able to read knowledge base articles, search for their specific questions, and maybe even watch video instruction of me going through a typical customer case on a whiteboard. We get so many repeat questions that are hard to bill for and the customer would be so much better served if they could research these answers themselves. An integration with another platform could be just as useful.
