Every 2848 I fax into CAF with anything in line 5a fails for a CAF pull - the message is CAP issue. If we send in a 2848 without any entry in box 5a it goes through. Does anyone have any insight? Thanks
I'm not sure why that is, but I bet the folks at Practitioner Priority Line could tell you. Yes, you can call them for your issues as well as your clients.
