NOTIFICATION: Related to the status of BILLING


I noticed that when we used the bank ACH payments feature for a few transactions, CANOPY did not provide anything about the status of our transaction whether it went through, declined or deposited to our bank account.
The service provider we used to use before always sent us an email stating MONEY ON THE WAY.
