Identify which contact gets Client Request
Some clients (such as a business client portal), have two different email addresses for different individuals who access that portal (i.e. an owner and an employee/bookkeeper). There should be a way to specify to WHICH of those I am assigning a client request... two examples: 1) to the bookkeeper: upload the annual financial information (or copies of payroll returns), or 2) to the owner: review uploaded draft of the tax return. Especially when reminders are set, it looks foolish to the client to get a reminder as a person who has no responsibility to complete a given request.
