Client request description to ack as an email reply

Some of my lazy clients will not take the extra step to log in and reply to the client request through the portal. They will rather reply by email.

I suggest that the client request should have the option to enable to show the request description by email, and if the client replies by email it will show up in canopy under the client request comment as if the client did reply within the portal.

I am sure that a lot of clients don't really have the extra minute to go back and forth with comments by logging into the portal so many times.
