Clients want to know if we got their documents after they have uploaded them into canopy. They will call & email to verify. Is there anyway we can send them a notifications that we did receive them?
Can we notify them of their process as well?
I believe when organizing the files in their portal you have the option to "make visible in client portal" this would send the client a notification. If they upload the documents to a "client request" there is a comment section where you could let them know that they were received and the client would receive that notification.
They upload it on their own not to a client request so I don't have the capability to send the notification. That is only when I upload their documents from my computer if they have dropped them off.
