At present, there is no option to add an URL/website address to a task.
It will be good to have an option to add a website address (i.e. URL) associated to a task with a secure place to store the UserID and Password with some notes.

I am sorry for mistyping the title.
I meant to type ADDRESS/URL not ADDRESS/UTL.
I think this calls for a integration with Dashlane.

I am not referring to be secure that way but there is a way one can add a security layer such that one someone tries to access the USERID and PASSWORD, it will ask the default password for CANOPYTAX to just display the text.
I understand but Dashlane has that capability in their secure notes text section. I believe there are 2 ways to implement this. One way is to integrate with Dashlanes secure notes section module or have Canopy add a security layer built into the notes section.
This won't work when we are not using our own computer where Dashlane is not installed.
We have developed our software where we have added such feature and it works like a wonder.
Dashlane can be accessed whether or not it is installed though. It’s like Facebook where you can access it anywhere, anytime, any device assuming firewall restrictions allow it.

without the discussion on Dashlane- i think it would be helpful to beable to build links &/or URLs to tasks and or task notes so that we can work with the information at our finger tips without having to leave canopy.
I 110% agree with this suggestion.
We have our software for the Hospitality Industry where we have an option to save such information. (i.e. UserID, PW, notes, etc.)
