Merge "Important Contacts" & "Linked Contacts"

What is the purpose of having "Important Contacts" and "Linked Contacts" module separated. To me, the "Important Contacts" is just as equally important as "Linked Contacts". In my opinion, it is unnecessary to have a user interface like that and may cause confusion. Therefore, merge those modules together as one and move it up to the highest level possible close to the main contact. The reason for such request is because one of the staff members didn't realize there was a business linked to a main contact to import the K-1 into the individual tax return and it cost us thousands of dollars in damages. One of the reasons it wasn't noticed is because "Important Contacts" and "Linked Contacts" module was too far down unless you scroll down and take notice of it.
