Global Canopy Tax Search Bar

The core of Canopy Tax is the contacts search bar function. I would like to have that search bar duplicated top-front-center of the Canopy Dashboard and always globally visible across all pages and views as that is the most widely used function of Canopy.

also, it would be great to add the global search box item on the right menu panel.

I was inspired by Google search bar. No matter where you navigate, the search bar is always there to use.
