Prior to moving to Canopy I used BOX. BOX allowed for a desktop sync so you could have a drag and drop file cabinet on each desktop computer in your office. This allowed for drag and drop from email. We could also open and excel spreadsheet, make changes and the new version would be saved. And drag and drop files from one folder to another. In Canopy, I have to download excel, make changed save to desktop and resave in Canopy.
Having a desktop sync also allows us to have a back up of all client files, "just in case", which I believe is another feature request.
