I am noticing that under Service you can add steps? I am not sure why we would set up steps under service and under tasks?
When we add a task to a client does it make sense to designate a Service for billing at the time of setting up the task if it is billable? Billing could be a set task that can be added at any time during the tasks and when it is next the billing will automatically do the invoice. Then it would be nice if we could be asked if we want to email it or hold it.
